Have you ever needed to find a person but were not sure of the last name? This often occurs because the person has legally changed the last name (i.e. usually a woman who marries), or simply because the last name may have been misspelled. Children who have been adopted often have their first name retained by the adopted parents. Just knowing the date of birth and first name can be extremely helpful in locating a person.

Find people by searching using first name and birthdate. If you have just a first name and date of birth, you can find a woman whose last name has changed! A great people finder to help locate high school friends for a reunion.

Search using just the person's first name and birthday to find an address. If more than one address is found, the report will show the address history. Often, more than one person's records may be found since more than one person of the same name may have been born on the same day.

You can find a person's birth date, full name, address and, if available, the phone number, alias names, possible relatives.

Reports: The birthdate and address search result report will be emailed to your email address. The birthdate and address report provide:

Full name - The full name will be reported.
Address - The address or list of addresses will be reported
Birth date - shows month, day and year of birth (Month/Day/Year).
Phone number, if available
Aliases, if available
Possible relatives, if available

The first step

First, prepare the form above and submit a full name or at least the last name along with an address. If you do not have a current address or any address, you can leave that blank and allow us to find the most recent address to use as our focus for our Relatives Search. We can then assemble a history of previous addresses.

The report:

Report will be emailed to your email address. The report provides:

The subject information: Full name, possible aliases
Date of birth, month/year or year
Phone numbers
Recent and previous addresses.
Occupants at the recent address: their names, phones, etc. A good way to find spouses, friends, room mates, etc
Each possible relative or room mate and age, if available

If you provide the social security number SSN, we will validate the SSN and report :

State of Issuance: for example: Florida
Date of Issuance: for example 1957
Issuance Status: stating if the SSN has been issued
SSA Death records: Check if the Social Security Administration has a death record for this SSN. If there are death records, the death record will be reported showing actual name, date of death, last residence (city, state if available)
Status: If the SSN does not belong to the person, the status will indicate SSN does not belong to person.
